Restore Hope Volunteer Opportunities
Bringing hope to the streets is a big task, and we cannot do it without people like you stepping in to help! We have a number of ways for you to volunteer your time and talents. Remote opportunities are also available for those who do not live in the area but would still like to be involved!
Christmas Opportunities
Christmas Cheer
We are looking for volunteers to help us write notes of encouragement in Christmas cards that will be distributed to residents of the shelter. We have 2 opportunities for you to join us for Christmas Cheer:

- Washington, DC
- Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
- Northeast Neighborhood Library, Meeting Room 3

Christmas Stocking Celebration
Volunteers will have the opportunity to help distribute Christmas Stockings and socialize with the residents of the shelter.

Ongoing Opportunities
Mentor opportunities are now available! Let us know if you are interested in learning more about becoming a one-on-one mentor for women experiencing homelessness.
Administrative opportunities include connecting Restore Hope with local resources and donors, web design and maintenance, database maintenance, and social media management.
Research opportunities include helping us create a database of state registration requirements, compiling a list of regulations our Board should be aware of, locating additional resources in our outreach areas, and any research projects that may pop up in the course of our work.
